Each person served by Hudspeth Regional Center participates in an individualized support plan designed to meet his or her particular strengths and needs. Those that are twenty-one years of age and under attend either the C.B. Noblin School, which is an accredited non-public school program located on the campus, or the local public schools. Adults living on campus receive training in self-help skills, daily living skills, communication skills, socialization skills, vocational skills, and work training skills.
Adults are provided IDD Community Support Program Services, Waiver Crisis Support Services and Waiver Services. Additionally, people living in the community are provided living arrangements in our ICF/IID community group homes. These adults participate in employment programs or attend a Day Program consisting of acquisition and maintenance of skills, building positive group, individual and interpersonal skills, greater independence and personal choice. Our Group Home in Meridian participates in a Work Activity Center where they receive training in vocational skills, work training skills, and on-the-job training skills.
