Hudspeth Regional Center’s Dietary Department provides food service and medical nutrition therapy for those people who reside on campus. The Dietary Department prepares 500 meals daily with meals and snacks, as well as food for all the person’s special event activities.

There are two Registered Dietitians who ensure each person receives an individualized Medical Nutrition Care Plan. A Consultant Registered Dietitian works with the Community Group Homes to ensure each person’s Medical Nutrition Care Plan is developed and implemented.

The Hudspeth Regional Center Dietary Services must comply with all state and federal guidelines.
